Return or Refund

Swisse Malaysia Online Store is professional and prudent in service, and checks repeatedly before the order is dispatched to ensure that the products delivered are of good quality. In the event that the product is damaged during delivery, we will arrange to deliver the replacement of the same product  without additional shipping costs. We also provide a "products return shopping guarantee" (excluding the "non-returnable products" below), so you can shop with confidence.

  • After receiving the products, please check whether the products are complete or not. Customers are advised to reject the products directly to the dispatcher on site, and the order email must be kept for record.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged / returned -  Return and refunds or return and exchange services are not applicable to the following situations or products:
    • Product with damaged or broken seal 
    • Products that have been opened or have been used
    • Any free gifts and trial gifts
    • Products without proof of purchase or receipt

Before Swisse accepts any return of the product or process refund, Swisse will check and verify the returned product. If the condition of the returned product fails to meet the requirements of Swisse’s return policy, Swisse reserves the right to not refund or exchange the returned product. Instead, Swisse will redeliver the product to you free of charge.

  • Products that can be exchanged / returned : If the products delivered do not match your order, is delivered in damaged or defective condition, have quality problems or is nearing expiry or expired, we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Please arrange for the exchange/return of the product within 7 days after signing for the product, and we will not accept any request for return or exchange for the product after the deadline. If the product to be exchanged is sold out, we will refund the payment made for the returned product according to your payment method.
  • Return and exchange/ return and refund process : Please  take clear pictures of the delivered product showing clearly any and all damage or defects of the product, along with the order number and item number. Please email the picture(s) of the damaged and defective product(s) along with the details of the order to enquiries.sg@hh.global to apply for a return, and specify the subject of the email "Swisse Malaysia Online Store" to ensure a smooth return process. Upon Swisse’s confirmation that the return conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail detailing the return process . Please return the products together with a copy of the confirmation e-mail. You shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned products until it reaches Swisse. Swisse will not be liable for any loss or damage to the returned products prior to the returned products being received by Swisse. You are advised to pack the returned products securely to prevent any loss or damage to the returned products or its box or its original packaging. Upon us receiving the products, Swisse will either, following your request, initiate a refund according to your payment method in the system or arrange for delivery of replacement products to your address free of charge. If the returned product is out of stock, Swisse will proceed to initiate a refund. Generally, your payment will be returned to your payment account within 14 working days. Swisse shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund. 
  • Note: If the returned products include promotion gifts or gift-with-purchase, the promotion gifts or gift-with-purchase are requiredto be returned along with the returned products, or the refund or exchange will not be initiated.
  • If the returned product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or redemption or discount  codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the returned product(s) less the redemption or discount amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

In the event of any dispute in relation to return and refund or return and exchange, Swisse reserves the right of final decision.
