DIRECTIONS OF USE - ADULT DOSAGE

One capsule once a day, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take while on anticoagulant/blood thinner therapy without medical advice. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
